Make a Nomination
CATEGORIES
Nominations may be made in one of three categories, but will not necessarily be a selection from each category every year.
1. Distinguished Service: Any person who has made a significant contribution to the Fayetteville High School Athletic Program, i.e., sports writers, sportscasters, school officials, community members, etc.
2. Coaches: Coaches that have made contributions to the athletic program, and the community of Fayetteville, or have distinguished themselves in such a way as to deserve this honor. A current coach in the Fayetteville School District is not eligible for nomination.
3. Athletes: FHS Athletes who have made contributions to the athletic program, and the community of Fayetteville, or who have distinguished themselves in such a way as to deserve this honor. An athlete must have been out of high school for ten (10) years.
Online Nomination
Nominations are accepted year round.
ALL NOMINATION FORMS WILL BE RETAINED FOR CONSIDERATION IN FUTURE YEARS.
